CANCELLATION CHARGES
Due to constant cancellations of appointments at short notice we have found it necessary to implement a cancellation charge. This will then enable us to pay our Consultant Occupational Physicians for the time they have allocated for the Medical Examinations.
Cancellation 14 days before appointment NO CHARGE
Cancellation 7 days before appointment 25%
Cancellation 3 days before appointment 50%
Cancellation less than 3 days before appointment 100%
We regret having to put this in place but it has proved unavoidable due to the many late cancellations. I hope you will understand that we have to book the Consultants time in advance, for which we have to pay, so in order to survive we have been forced to take these steps.
